AVA tournament finishes in '09 will count towards seeding for Seaside, and towards seeding the US Open qualifier on August 1st & 2nd at Alki beach.

Improve your rating and seeding by playing as many AVA tournaments as possible.

Points are given to players based on their tournament finishes in the following way: take the total number of teams entered, multiply by 2 and subtract your finishing rank. For instance, if you finish 5th in a 24 team Open tournament, you'll earn 43 points. Tournament winners get 2 bonus points.

Seeding for tournaments is based on both players' total combined points, plus tournament finishes in the previous year.
